Pre-Season Prep: Open Gyms
Join us in our pre-season practices to get your reps in before season officially kicks off. Pre-season practices will continue through March 9th, which marks the first official day of practice.
Open Gyms:
  – When: Mondays & Wednesdays 5:00 – 7:00 pm
  – Where: Thorne-Rider Park
Weight Training:
  – When: Tuesdays 4:30 – 5:30 pm 
  – Where: SHS Weight Room 

Required Equipment:
  – Glove
  – Bat
  – Softball pants and socks
  – Cleats 
  – Running shoes
  – Long-sleeve thermals (one blue, one white)
