As a parent, you have always had the right to opt your child out of any reading material in the library. To select titles that your child should not check out from the library, please complete the Opt-Out Form that corresponds to your student’s school.

Please discuss this decision with your child to ensure they are aware before visiting the library. Upon the opt-out form completion, your child’s account will be updated in the library checkout system. It is our goal to make this process easy for parents.

To access a list of materials in your library, please visit your school’s webpage and select “library”. For information on how materials are selected, please see the Library Material Selection Process. If you have questions or need additional information, please reach out to your building principal.
