Title IX

Title IX is a 1972 federal law that requires gender equity for boys and girls in every educational program that receives federal funding. The Title IX Coordinator for each SCSD2 school is the building Principal.  The District Title IX Coordinators are the Special Services Director and Human Resource Director.
