At Sheridan High School, we match the District in placing our true focus on meeting the individual needs of each student required to prepare them for success. Our mission is to provide every student the skills, attitude and knowledge for success. Through this mission, we strive to see our students become independent, productive members of society.
We believe our broad array of curricular offerings, our willingness to embrace accountability, our academic collaboration through professional learning communities, the employment of common formative and summative assessments in all subject areas, and the high degree of rigor and expectations will help all our students reach their highest potential, and we’re proud to say our test scores show it’s working.
Part of engaging students and meeting their needs is to provide opportunities for enrichment, whether that is academic enrichment through special programs, pursuing a sport through our athletics programs, or becoming involved in one of our many other extracurricular activities.
Next Level Wyo Next Level is the connector for students and families seeking resources and programs that make graduation and reaching the Next Level possible. We want all students to move “up and to the left.”
