Welcome to the Sheridan Junior High School Library. Here you can fill out our book request form and see the latest happenings related to the library, Einstein Lab (makerspace), and library-hosted after school programs.

SJHS students are able to access audiobook and ebook titles through Sora, an app specifically designed for K-12 school use. We are excited to be able to offer our students these resources!
Students have access to free titles provided by Sora and those purchased by the school. Here are those titles.
Students also have limited access to titles through the Virtual Library of Wyoming and Sheridan County Public Libraries. To see the titles available, follow these directions:
- Follow this link to the Sheridan County Public Library Catalog
- In the top left corner, select “Digital Library” and choose either “eBooks” or “Audiobooks”
- In the top right corner, click on “Search” and then “Advanced”
- Change the Audience to “Juvenile” and click the “Search” button at the bottom.
- A list of all Juvenile books available via the Virtual Library of Wyoming will display. Students at SJHS only have access to books with the audience level of Juvenile.
- If you are curious about a specific book, go back to the advanced search feature, select “Juvenile” for the audience and type in the specific title you are looking for.

Parent Resources
As a parent, you have always had the right to opt your child out of any reading material in the library. You also have the option to receive weekly email notifications summarizing the physical library materials your student has checked out. You can learn more and fill out the forms online.
