Meadowlark Parent Liaison
Our district is using the Compass Parent Liaison program in addition to the supports we provide to ensure student success. Under the oversight of Compass Center for Families, the Parent Liaison program provides resources and supports for families and help build relationships between families and schools. Liaisons give parents information about school and community resources, answer questions about parenting challenges, and give parents the tools they need to enhance their child’s development and ability to learn. Parent Liaisons are a part of the NEXT LEVEL graduation program designed to increase student success and increase graduation numbers. Parent Liaisons work with parents to increase academic success through increased attendance, kindergarten readiness, parent education and parent engagement.

Parent Resources: All Grades
District and School Report Cards: Report cards help parents and the general public see where schools and districts are succeeding and where there is still work to do by sharing data about student performance and program effectiveness for parents, policy makers, and other stakeholders.
Infinite Campus Parent Portal: The Infinite Campus Parent Portal allows students and parents access to secondary student grades, assignment information, attendance information, as well as online payments in real time.

NetSmartz Student Safety Resources for Parents: Age-appropriate resources to help teach children how to be safer on and offline.
Puzzlemaker: Educational puzzle generation tool for teachers, students and parents.
Seasonal Influenza (Flu) Information: Centers for Disease Control information regarding current flu activity, prevention, treatment, additional resources and more.
Sheridan County Interactive Mapping Site: Sheridan County GIS interactive mapping, including school a school boundaries map overlay.
Wyoming Road Conditions: The WYDOT travel information website contains information and resources regarding current road and other travel conditions.
Starfall Fun Reading Resources for Pre-K through 2nd Grade: Parents use Starfall to prepare their children for school, and to support them once they are there. Starfall is an educational alternative to other entertainment choices for children.
