Faculties of study of five or more semesters are covered by the KSCAA collective agreement. The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is an important benefit that will be available from January 2015 to all USNH employees (excluding student staff). The EAP provides confidential advice to staff members or their loved ones who need a family. EAP also provides initial support for legal advice, financial advice and life coaching. . A full package of benefits is available for our faculty, most of which are covered by the collective agreement with the Keene State College Educational Association. Contract doctes are non-tenure track faculties that provide services to the institution and often intervene to provide university programs when there are vacancies at Tenure-Track. Sub-contractors have access to their own generous services, as described in the USNH Faculty/Staff Benefit Overview.
