Session Description: 

Want to learn how to use technology to individualize instruction and meet the demands of the Common Core in a 21st Century world? Let’s start by digging into global resources available and creating from scratch interactive lessons for your classroom. Bring your laptop, chromebook or ipad and be ready to create amazing lessons that focus on integrating technology to differentiate instruction for every student and increase engagement and achievement in your classroom. This intermediate session will focus on how to blend your classroom using Chromebooks, or iPads. Additionally the use of Google Apps is one of the many technology tools we will be using to blend technology into our classrooms.

Speaker Bio:

Abby Mowry is currently teaching 5th grade at Sagebrush Elementary.  She is in her 7th year of teaching upper grades with technology integration.  Abby has a Masters in Instructional Technology from University of Nebraska Kearney and was an Instructor for Educational Technology at Northern Wyoming Community College-Sheridan. Abby was recently named Wyoming STEM Educator of the Year.
